APPLICABLE LAW and JURISDICTION

In the event of any dispute arising in relation to the contractual relationship or arising from or in connection with the conclusion, interpretation, execution or termination thereof, if it involves futuredigital.ro and a legal person, it will be settled either by applications to the competent courts of law of Mun. Satu Mare, or by arbitration by the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Satu Mare, according to its procedure and by a single arbitrator. The judgment is final for the parties. Either party may choose one of the two methods of dispute settlement. In the event that the dispute concerning the relationship between futuredigital.ro and a natural person regarding the contract or arising out of or in connection with its conclusion, interpretation, execution or termination, it will be settled by the competent courts according to the law.
  • We also inform you that, if you consider it necessary, you can use SOL (for online dispute resolution), which is available in the website interface, or to submit a complain to the ANPC in order to resolve any discrepancies or problems.

Changes

We reserve the right at any time to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the website or its services that are displayed.
